Entre els noms m\u00e9s coneguts destaquen Elena Carratal\u00e1 Sanahuja i Sara Alicia Fern\u00e1ndez en la categoria femenina, aix\u00ed com Fabian Beneito i Mart\u00edn Cuervo en la masculina. <\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>El CrossFit es caracteritza per la repetici\u00f3 i combinaci\u00f3 de moviments d\u2019alta intensitat procedents de diferents disciplines: halterof\u00edlia, gimn\u00e0stica, carrera, rem, nataci\u00f3, entre d\u2019altres. En comparaci\u00f3, esports com el rugbi, 20 a 150\/1.000 h, l\u2019hoquei sobre gel, 78,4\/1.000 h, o el futbol, fins a 35\/1.000 h, tenen \u00edndexs de lesions considerablement m\u00e9s alts. <\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>A difer\u00e8ncia del que sovint es pensa, no s\u00f3n els principiants els qui m\u00e9s es lesionen, sin\u00f3 els atletes experimentats. Quan ja dominen les bases, molts busquen superar els seus l\u00edmits: augmentar la intensitat, aixecar m\u00e9s pes o intentar moviments m\u00e9s complexos. L\u2019esperit competitiu pot portar alguns esportistes a excedir la seva capacitat real i augmentar el risc de lesi\u00f3.  <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-98ea45e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"98ea45e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Les lesions m\u00e9s freq\u00fcents en CrossFit<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b3af35d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b3af35d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Les patologies m\u00e9s comunes afecten principalment:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align); letter-spacing: 0px;\">Espatlles, 25%: tendinopatia del maneguet dels rotadors, inestabilitat, s\u00edndrome de pin\u00e7ament.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align); letter-spacing: 0px;\">Esquena, 14,3%: lumb\u00e0lgies, dors\u00e0lgies.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align); letter-spacing: 0px;\">Genolls, 13,1%: s\u00edndrome femoropatel\u00b7lar, lesions meniscals.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align); letter-spacing: 0px;\">Colzes: epicondilitis interna o externa, colze de tenista o golfista, compressi\u00f3 del nervi cubital.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>La majoria d\u2019aquestes lesions estan relacionades amb la sobrec\u00e0rrega, \u00fas excessiu, o amb moviments traum\u00e0tics, sovint agreujats per una t\u00e8cnica inadequada.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>Per exemple, els exercicis de dominades o els moviments per sobre del cap exposen especialment les espatlles si no s\u2019executen correctament. De fet, el terme \u201cespatlla de CrossFitter\u201d ja \u00e9s habitual en molts box. <\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s, el risc de lesi\u00f3 augmenta amb:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align); letter-spacing: 0px;\">el nombre d\u2019hores d\u2019entrenament,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align); letter-spacing: 0px;\">la participaci\u00f3 en competicions,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align); letter-spacing: 0px;\">els canvis en l\u2019alimentaci\u00f3,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align); letter-spacing: 0px;\">l\u2019antiguitat en la pr\u00e0ctica,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align); letter-spacing: 0px;\">i l\u2019exist\u00e8ncia de lesions pr\u00e8vies.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>En aquest context, el paper del coach \u00e9s fonamental: ha d\u2019adaptar les sessions al nivell de cada atleta, corregir postures i garantir un seguiment adequat durant tot l\u2019entrenament.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-83ae57d elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"83ae57d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Escalfament i recuperaci\u00f3: dues etapes essencials<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-502589d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"502589d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>L\u2019escalfament t\u00e9 un paper crucial en la prevenci\u00f3 de lesions.
