La pubertat, el cicle menstrual, l\u2019embar\u00e0s, el postpart i la menopausa s\u2019associen a canvis hormonals i vitals que poden modular l\u2019estat d\u2019\u00e0nim, el son, l\u2019ansietat i la capacitat d\u2019adaptaci\u00f3. A m\u00e9s, factors com la c\u00e0rrega mental, la pressi\u00f3 social i els biaixos de g\u00e8nere en l\u2019atenci\u00f3 sanit\u00e0ria continuen afectant de manera important l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia de moltes dones.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>A Aliantis Sitges, entenem la salut mental femenina des d\u2019una mirada integradora, on el cos, les emocions, la hist\u00f2ria personal i el context social formen part del mateix proc\u00e9s. Est\u00e0 influ\u00efda per la biologia, la hist\u00f2ria personal, les relacions, l\u2019entorn i les exig\u00e8ncies quotidianes. En el cas de moltes dones, determinades experi\u00e8ncies es repeteixen amb una freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia particular: canvis hormonals al llarg de la vida, exig\u00e8ncies de cura, pressi\u00f3 sobre la imatge corporal, autoexig\u00e8ncia, desigualtats en la distribuci\u00f3 de responsabilitats i, en ocasions, una atenci\u00f3 sanit\u00e0ria que no sempre escolta ni interpreta b\u00e9 el que passa.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>Parlar de salut mental femenina no significa reduir les dones a les seves hormones ni assumir que totes viuen les mateixes dificultats. Significa recon\u00e8ixer que existeixen vulnerabilitats espec\u00edfiques que mereixen ser compreses sense estereotips ni simplificacions. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-83ae57d elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"83ae57d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Canvis hormonals i etapes de vida<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-502589d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"502589d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tAl llarg de la vida, moltes dones travessen moments en qu\u00e8 el cos canvia de manera intensa i sostinguda. Aquests canvis no expliquen per si sols tot el que passa a nivell emocional, per\u00f2 s\u00ed que poden influir en la sensibilitat a l\u2019estr\u00e8s, el son, l\u2019estat d\u2019\u00e0nim i la manera com es viu cada etapa. \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c5ef452 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"c5ef452\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Pubertat i adolesc\u00e8ncia<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4aac772 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4aac772\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La pubertat \u00e9s una etapa de reorganitzaci\u00f3 profunda. Canvien el cos, la identitat, la relaci\u00f3 amb la imatge, la vida social i la manera de percebre\u2019s a una mateixa. En aquest per\u00edode poden apar\u00e8ixer ansietat, irritabilitat, vergonya corporal, inseguretat o m\u00e9s sensibilitat emocional. Acompanyar b\u00e9 aquesta etapa \u00e9s important perqu\u00e8 les primeres experi\u00e8ncies vinculades al cicle, al cos i a la sexualitat no es visquin des de la por o la desconnexi\u00f3.   <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7949a56 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"7949a56\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Cicle menstrual, SPM i TDPM<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-45677ca elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"45677ca\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Els s\u00edmptomes emocionals associats al cicle menstrual s\u00f3n freq\u00fcents. La s\u00edndrome premenstrual pot incloure irritabilitat, cansament, labilitat emocional o dificultat per concentrar-se. En una part m\u00e9s petita de dones, el quadre pot ser molt m\u00e9s intens i correspondre a un trastorn disf\u00f2ric premenstrual, una condici\u00f3 reconeguda que pot interferir clarament en la vida di\u00e0ria. L\u2019ACOG assenyala que el TDPM afecta aproximadament el 5% de les dones en edat reproductiva.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>Quan aquests s\u00edmptomes es banalitzen sistem\u00e0ticament, moltes dones acaben normalitzant un patiment que mereix atenci\u00f3 i acompanyament.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d197fb1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"d197fb1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Embar\u00e0s i postpart<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-49b3e6c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"49b3e6c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>L\u2019embar\u00e0s no sempre es viu nom\u00e9s des de l\u2019alegria. Pot portar il\u00b7lusi\u00f3, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 por, inseguretat, vulnerabilitat, cansament i canvis emocionals dif\u00edcils d\u2019anomenar. En el postpart, l\u2019impacte f\u00edsic, hormonal i vital pot ser encara m\u00e9s intens. L\u2019OMS assenyala que, a nivell mundial, al voltant del 10% de les dones durant l\u2019embar\u00e0s i el 13% despr\u00e9s del part experimenten un trastorn mental, principalment depressi\u00f3.   <\/p><p> <\/p><p>Aix\u00f2 ens recorda que l\u2019acompanyament emocional perinatal no \u00e9s un extra, sin\u00f3 una part essencial de la cura.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0bd9671 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"0bd9671\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Perimenopausa i menopausa<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d5b5a26 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d5b5a26\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La perimenopausa i la menopausa no s\u00f3n nom\u00e9s un proc\u00e9s biol\u00f2gic. Poden anar acompanyades d\u2019alteracions del son, irritabilitat, canvis d\u2019humor, m\u00e9s ansietat, sensaci\u00f3 de desorientaci\u00f3 o p\u00e8rdua de refer\u00e8ncies corporals. L\u2019Office on Women\u2019s Health assenyala que en aquesta etapa poden apar\u00e8ixer problemes de son, canvis d\u2019humor, ansietat o depressi\u00f3, i que moltes dones no se senten \u201ccom elles mateixes\u201d durant la transici\u00f3 menop\u00e0usica.  <\/p><p> <\/p><p>Reduir aquesta etapa a \u201cfogots i hormones\u201d deixa fora una part important de l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia emocional de moltes dones.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bf40ae1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"bf40ae1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">La c\u00e0rrega mental i la pressi\u00f3 quotidiana<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-23504e8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"23504e8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tLa salut mental tamb\u00e9 se\u2019n ressent quan la vida di\u00e0ria exigeix una atenci\u00f3 constant, invisible i dif\u00edcil de repartir. Moltes dones sostenen simult\u00e0niament l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 familiar, la log\u00edstica dom\u00e8stica, la feina, la gesti\u00f3 de cures i la planificaci\u00f3 de m\u00faltiples tasques que no sempre es reconeixen com a esfor\u00e7 real. \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d6a896e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"d6a896e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Un cansament que no sempre es veu<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-662dfcc elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"662dfcc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La c\u00e0rrega mental no s\u2019expressa nom\u00e9s com a falta de temps. Tamb\u00e9 pot manifestar-se com a dificultat per desconnectar, sensaci\u00f3 de saturaci\u00f3, irritabilitat, insomni, culpa o esgotament persistent.
