Parmi les noms les plus connus, on retrouve Elena Carratal\u00e1 Sanahuja et Sara Alicia Fern\u00e1ndez dans la cat\u00e9gorie f\u00e9minine, ainsi que Fabian Beneito et Mart\u00edn Cuervo dans la cat\u00e9gorie masculine. <\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>Le CrossFit se caract\u00e9rise par la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition et la combinaison de mouvements de haute intensit\u00e9 issus de diff\u00e9rentes disciplines : halt\u00e9rophilie, gymnastique, course, rameur, natation, entre autres. En comparaison, des sports comme le rugby, 20 \u00e0 150\/1 000 h, le hockey sur glace, 78,4\/1 000 h, ou le football, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 35\/1 000 h, pr\u00e9sentent des taux de blessures nettement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s. <\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>Contrairement \u00e0 ce que l\u2019on pourrait penser, ce ne sont pas les d\u00e9butants qui se blessent le plus, mais les athl\u00e8tes exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s. Une fois les bases ma\u00eetris\u00e9es, beaucoup cherchent \u00e0 repousser leurs limites : augmenter l\u2019intensit\u00e9, soulever plus lourd ou tenter des mouvements plus complexes.
