La pubert\u00e9, le cycle menstruel, la grossesse, le post-partum et la m\u00e9nopause sont associ\u00e9s \u00e0 des changements hormonaux et de vie qui peuvent moduler l\u2019humeur, le sommeil, l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 et la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019adaptation. De plus, des facteurs comme la charge mentale, la pression sociale et les biais de genre dans l\u2019attention sanitaire continuent d\u2019affecter de mani\u00e8re importante l\u2019exp\u00e9rience de nombreuses femmes.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>Chez Aliantis Sitges, nous comprenons la sant\u00e9 mentale f\u00e9minine avec une approche int\u00e9grative, o\u00f9 le corps, les \u00e9motions, l\u2019histoire personnelle et le contexte social font partie du m\u00eame processus. Elle est influenc\u00e9e par la biologie, l\u2019histoire personnelle, les relations, l\u2019environnement et les exigences du quotidien. Chez de nombreuses femmes, certaines exp\u00e9riences se r\u00e9p\u00e8tent avec une fr\u00e9quence particuli\u00e8re : changements hormonaux tout au long de la vie, exigences li\u00e9es au soin des autres, pression sur l\u2019image corporelle, auto-exigence, in\u00e9galit\u00e9s dans la r\u00e9partition des responsabilit\u00e9s et, parfois, une attention sanitaire qui n\u2019\u00e9coute pas toujours ou n\u2019interpr\u00e8te pas correctement ce qui se passe.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>Parler de sant\u00e9 mentale f\u00e9minine ne signifie pas r\u00e9duire les femmes \u00e0 leurs hormones ni supposer qu\u2019elles vivent toutes les m\u00eames difficult\u00e9s. Ces changements n\u2019expliquent pas \u00e0 eux seuls tout ce qui se passe sur le plan \u00e9motionnel, mais ils peuvent influencer la sensibilit\u00e9 au stress, le sommeil, l\u2019\u00e9tat d\u2019esprit et la mani\u00e8re dont chaque \u00e9tape est v\u00e9cue. \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c5ef452 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"c5ef452\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Pubert\u00e9 et adolescence<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4aac772 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4aac772\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La pubert\u00e9 est une \u00e9tape de r\u00e9organisation profonde. Le corps, l\u2019identit\u00e9, la relation \u00e0 l\u2019image, la vie sociale et la mani\u00e8re de se percevoir changent. \u00c0 cette p\u00e9riode peuvent appara\u00eetre de l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, de l\u2019irritabilit\u00e9, une honte corporelle, de l\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 ou une sensibilit\u00e9 \u00e9motionnelle accrue. Bien accompagner cette \u00e9tape est important pour que les premi\u00e8res exp\u00e9riences li\u00e9es au cycle, au corps et \u00e0 la sexualit\u00e9 ne soient pas v\u00e9cues dans la peur ou la d\u00e9connexion.   <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7949a56 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"7949a56\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Cycle menstruel, SPM et TDPM<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-45677ca elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"45677ca\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Les sympt\u00f4mes \u00e9motionnels associ\u00e9s au cycle menstruel sont fr\u00e9quents. Le syndrome pr\u00e9menstruel peut inclure de l\u2019irritabilit\u00e9, de la fatigue, une labilit\u00e9 \u00e9motionnelle ou des difficult\u00e9s de concentration. Chez une plus petite proportion de femmes, le tableau peut \u00eatre beaucoup plus intense et correspondre \u00e0 un trouble dysphorique pr\u00e9menstruel, une condition reconnue qui peut clairement interf\u00e9rer avec la vie quotidienne. L\u2019ACOG indique que le TDPM affecte environ 5 % des femmes en \u00e2ge de procr\u00e9er.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>Lorsque ces sympt\u00f4mes sont syst\u00e9matiquement banalis\u00e9s, beaucoup de femmes finissent par normaliser une souffrance qui m\u00e9rite attention et accompagnement.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d197fb1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"d197fb1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Grossesse et post-partum<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-49b3e6c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"49b3e6c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La grossesse ne se vit pas toujours uniquement dans la joie. Elle peut apporter de l\u2019enthousiasme, mais aussi de la peur, de l\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9, de la vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9, de la fatigue et des changements \u00e9motionnels difficiles \u00e0 nommer. Dans le post-partum, l\u2019impact physique, hormonal et vital peut \u00eatre encore plus intense. L\u2019OMS indique qu\u2019au niveau mondial, environ 10 % des femmes pendant la grossesse et 13 % apr\u00e8s l\u2019accouchement pr\u00e9sentent un trouble mental, principalement une d\u00e9pression.   <\/p><p> <\/p><p>Cela nous rappelle que l\u2019accompagnement \u00e9motionnel p\u00e9rinatal n\u2019est pas un suppl\u00e9ment, mais une partie essentielle du soin.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0bd9671 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"0bd9671\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">P\u00e9rim\u00e9nopause et m\u00e9nopause<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d5b5a26 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d5b5a26\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La p\u00e9rim\u00e9nopause et la m\u00e9nopause ne sont pas seulement des processus biologiques. L\u2019Office on Women\u2019s Health signale qu\u2019\u00e0 cette \u00e9tape peuvent appara\u00eetre des probl\u00e8mes de sommeil, des changements d\u2019humeur, de l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 ou une d\u00e9pression, et que beaucoup de femmes ne se sentent pas \u00ab elles-m\u00eames \u00bb pendant la transition m\u00e9nopausique.  <\/p><p> <\/p><p>R\u00e9duire cette \u00e9tape \u00e0 des \u00ab bouff\u00e9es de chaleur et des hormones \u00bb laisse de c\u00f4t\u00e9 une partie importante de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience \u00e9motionnelle de nombreuses femmes.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bf40ae1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"bf40ae1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">La charge mentale et la pression quotidienne<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-23504e8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"23504e8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tLa sant\u00e9 mentale se fragilise aussi lorsque la vie quotidienne exige une attention constante, invisible et difficile \u00e0 r\u00e9partir. Beaucoup de femmes soutiennent simultan\u00e9ment l\u2019organisation familiale, la logistique domestique, le travail, la gestion des soins et la planification de multiples t\u00e2ches qui ne sont pas toujours reconnues comme un effort r\u00e9el. \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d6a896e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"d6a896e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Une fatigue qui ne se voit pas toujours<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-662dfcc elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"662dfcc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La charge mentale ne s\u2019exprime pas seulement comme un manque de temps. Elle peut aussi se manifester par une difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u00e9connecter, une sensation de saturation, de l\u2019irritabilit\u00e9, de l\u2019insomnie, de la culpabilit\u00e9 ou un \u00e9puisement persistant.
